Food & Drink

The North Country is a food lover’s paradise where visitors can enjoy locally-grown fruits and vegetables, meat, maple sugar, and an impressive collection of exceptional restaurants for all your food and drink needs!

We take maple sugaring seriously, and the North Country produces some of the best maple sugar products in New England. Nowhere is that more evident than at April’s Maple, where you can buy maple products, enjoy maple-infused sausages, sandwiches and even hot dogs, and have a delicious Maple Creemee.

It doesn’t get any fresher than our locally-grown food. Here you can buy fresh, locally-raised meat, or get organic fruits and vegetables. You’ll find an impressive collection of local produce at the North Country Marketplace.

While here, dine at one of the North Country’s many high-quality restaurants for the best food and drink. For fine dining, enjoy a delicious meal at the Murphy’s Steakhouse, or Rainbow Grille. For enjoyable pub food, check out the Buck Rub Pub, Black Bear Tavern, or Wilderness Restaurant.

When visiting the North Country and stopping for food & drink, make sure to bring your appetite.
