Join Vince, myself, and friends on the Serenity Ranch Gravel Rode-eo bike ride on Saturday, September 27th. We will be riding to raise money for our local charity, Two Rivers Relief for Cancer. We have a 19-mile loop planned on beautiful scenic gravel roads in Stewartstown and Colebrook. You may choose to do one, two, three laps or more. Our sponsor, VR Concrete, has pledged a donation of $10.00 per mile travelled. So . . . the more you ride, the more you earn to be donated to Two Rivers Relief for Cancer.
Ride start times:
9:00 for the 3 laps (57 miles)
10:30 for the 2 laps (38 miles)
11:30 for the 1 lap (19 miles) +/- 1,900 vertical
The goal is to get all participants back to the starting location for the BBQ to begin at 2:00 p.m.
For those who would like to participate in this event, but do not want to ride on gravel roads, you can choose your own route and meet us at 386 South Hill Road for the BBQ.
There will be prizes for a hill climb segment, sprint segment, and best lap time. These will be tracked on Strava. If you want to participate in the prizes, please have the Strava app on your phone or use your bike computer.
This free event is to help raise money for Two Rivers Relief for Cancer with an encouraged donation by all participants. It is a local charity that relieves the burden of extra expenses and loss of income for north country folks affected by cancer.
