DESCRIPTION:Installation and exhibit by The Women of CRAG (Connecticut River Artisan Group). \nThis is an immersive installation that explores the complex terrain of domestic life through the lens of women’s labor—both visible and invisible—across generations. The work reflects on the duality of the home as a site of love\, care\, and creation\, but also of exhaustion\, confinement\, and expectation. The installation traces the shifting roles of women as homemakers\, caregivers\, and professionals. From the idealized 1950s suburban kitchen to the contemporary remote workspace that merges motherhood with modern labor\, “There’s No Place Like Home” confronts how cultural myths of domestic bliss have often obscured the physical and emotional toll of maintaining them.

DESCRIPTION:Come one\, come all to the Tillotson Center on Thursday\, December 18\, 2025 at 6:00pm\, to enjoy a musical holiday celebration with pianist and composer Christopher Leonard. \nRelax and feel your spirits rise while listening to Christopher perform seasonal music including songs by Gordon Lightfoot\, Chuck Berry\, Alan Jackson\, carols from around the world\, as well as a Christmas song he recently composed. \nChristopher’s first performance at the Tillotson Center was so popular that he kindly agreed to return and provide his Star & Snow Holiday Celebration for the community. \nTickets are $5 for students/$15 for adults.  Available online at tillotsoncenter.org and at the door. \nProceeds will go toward necessary work on the aging sound system\, which student drama programs and concerts rely on. \n  \n  \n
