Moose Festival – Top Five Events Not to Miss

Each summer, as August approaches, there starts to be a buzz of excitement in the North Country air. That’s because the region’s most anticipated event of the year is right around the corner.

This year, the two-day signature event will be held on Friday, August 23 and Saturday, August 24, with activities in Colebrook, New Hampshire and Canaan, Vermont. Over the years, the Moose Festival has proven to be a huge favorite among both locals and visitors. It’s been held annually since 1991 and has been named the best festival in New Hampshire.

The Moose Festival is a fun time for the whole family, with live music, horse and wagon rides, arts and crafts vendors, a maple syrup tasting and contest, and much more. Here are five activities that are favorites among attendees.
