Fall in the Great North Woods of New Hampshire and Vermont brings crisp days packed with brilliant displays of color, changing the landscape to a kaleidoscope of red, orange and yellow. People travel here from around the world to experience the spectacular foliage. Go North to absorb Mother Nature’s extravagant display of color with virtually no traffic to deter the viewing. Fall means spectacular views without the crowds. You can experience the changing colors in peace and quiet. Mid-September to the end of October is referred to as Peak “leaf peeping”.
